You can chew on these when you start to feel airsick and queezy. They help your stomach settle down. Erin Williams ID724 - Be sure to either wear a wristwatch that has an alarm, or take a small travel alarm clock. You don't want to oversleep if you need to be somewhere early. Plus, if the face glows in the dark, you can check the time in the middle of the night without disturbing others. Vickie Rabourn ID675 - If you can't live without your hair straightener and have to bring it with you, then it can also double as a travel iron. I sometimes iron out creases in my clothes with straighteners. catherine ID1684 - When travelling by airplane, bring along those little massagers that fit over your thumbs. Have your seatmate do your back and shoulders. Since you're not supposed to move around, it will help your circulation. Plus, it relieves travel stress instantly. Ahhhh ...
