Gulf Shores Fishing Seasons

- Fall is the most popular fishing season in Gulf Shores and is the season for mackerel and Jack Crevalle. If you want to fish the Gulf of Mexico during quieter times, try spring fishing for migratory fish like dolphin, bonita, cobia, and redfish. The spring season also sees an increase in mullet, when they spawn in the Gulf of Mexico in large numbers.

- Alcohol in Vegas

DO: Alcohol may be carried and consumed on the Vegas Strip. Alcohol must be consumed in moderation.
DON'T: No flaunting, chugging, or beer bongs. Watch how you walk. Stumbling or passing out on the Vegas Strip will get you in trouble.
DON'T take an open container of alcohol into a vehicle. It is against the law, unless it is a chartered bus.

Leave the Car in the Parking Lot

- Do not try to navigate Washington by car, especially during a weekday. The city's Metro is one of the finest in the States, and an all-day unlimited pass (good from 10 a.m. through the evening) is inexpensive.
