Anne Lumber ID121 - If you are planning a trip into a region where the temperature is 100 Fahrenheit or better, I would suggest what I have done to my motorhome to reduce the inside temperature. Purchase a mister and mount it at the condenser on your roof-top air conditioner. The spray will lower the inside temperature approximately 10-15%, and also keep the dust from collecting on the condenser. BUT if the inside temperature gets down to 60, shut the mister down. You do not want to liquefy the freon. That will cause damage to your evaporator. I used this idea in Las Vegas, and it worked fine. This idea is now patent registered. Daniel Sievers ID1030 - If you're travelling to a warm climate, it's nice to have a couple of money belts or pouches that you can interchange between washes! So pack a couple! ... and if you take 2 different types, you'll have the choice of the most appropriate type for different outfits. eg. ... wear a money belt with pants, and a neck pouch with dresses. Also bring plenty of sunblock and a cap.
