- We supply all guests in our self-contained chalets with a complimentary hamper - farm fresh milk & eggs, local cheese & papers, maps of the area, discount vouchers to local wineries & restaurants, freshly baked bread, and pat of butter. When guests call in to the office we direct them over to their chalet. They have already paid a deposit before arrival, usually one night's accommodation, and the balance is payable on arrival. This takes place when we deliver the hamper to their chalet and we run through little things like operating their hot tub spa beneath the stars, and this gives us time to answer any questions that they may have. Restaurant guides are in each chalet with samples of menus and 3 other books on attractions, including welcoming letter and walktrail map on our 100-acre property.
